I want to encourage you to put yourself out there more and go for the things you dream of. It may be easy for you to advocate for others and help them achieve more but it’s high time you did that for yourself too. I don’t want you waiting for some magic moment when everything gets better or ideal before you start enjoying your life and being happy; start small but start now. Take yourself out on a date, buy the fucking shoes already, apply for that job that’s above your qualifications; whatever it is that you’re holding back on, do it now.
