Made On-Demand
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place your order.  Making products on demand, instead of in bulk, helps us reduce overproduction, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver.

Returns/Exchanges
Due to the nature of on-demand, returns or exchanges are not accepted.  Any returns or exchanges that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.  If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size or color being ordered, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.  Do not send items before contacting us first.

Order processing
It takes about 2–7 business days to create your order then about 3–5 business days for shipping.

International shipping
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.  This list may change periodically depending on world events.

Tracking your order
Once you place your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, with a link to updated tracking information.

Eco-Friendly
We only work with top of the line environmentally friendly water-based inks that don’t involve animals/animal materials.  Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable.
